Since 1999 she has been dealing with intellectual property, providing legal advice as well as assistance in litigation.
Before creating F-Legal, she started and ran the intellectual property department of an important Italian law firm, whilst during her career she was member of one of the most important Italian firms specialised in the same sector. She deals with intellectual property law in all artistic and entertainment fields.
She has also a remarkable experience in information and communication law, privacy and right of publicity, protection of trademarks and patents. She is a registered member of the National Association of Journalists and collaborates with “Temi Romana”, the Rome Bar Association Journal as well as with other juridical and non juridical reviews.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Avv. Francesca Boschiero

After getting her law degree from LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, in 2000, with a dissertation on the audiovisual product in the GATS and NAFTA trade agreements, in 2001 she attended the European Master in Audiovisual Management - EMAM and, subsequently, enrolled in the Master in Internet Rights and New Technologies (at Rome-based European School of Economics).
Between 2001 and 2004 she worked in the legal offices of important Italian companies specializing in film production and distribution, home video and music publishing.
In 2003 she was a junior member of the Cinema Committee appointed by the Italian Minister for European Policies.
Before establishing F-Legal in 2006, she worked in the intellectual property department of an important law firm, dealing with international contracts.
Between 2009 and 2011 she was a member of the Expert Committee established by the Presidency of the Italian Council of Ministers to implement measures against IP digital piracy.
She is fluent in English and French.
